Hatun Machay is a mystic rock forest formed by the erosion of time and one of the most impressive geological attractions of Peru. With its 4300m altitude, Hatun Machay is a rock climbing area with the highes altitude in the world. The nearby refugio run by the Argentinian couple Luciana and Andrés is a lovely place to stay and to come back.
